Pharmaceutical Waste

Previously known as 'Category A' or 'Category B' Clinical Wastes, with a European Waste Code 18-01-03, this is waste which, unless rendered safe, may prove hazardous to any person coming into contact with it.

These units are for the safe storage and disposal of non hazardous waste medicines (e.g. tablets, liquid medicines, solid-dose medicines, inhalers etc.) in their original or similar packaging (i.e. blister packs, bottles, inhaler cartridges). They adhere to all UN approved criteria.

This is a highly convenient and cost effective solution for denaturing of controlled drugs, there by rendering them harmless and without value.
